BIG BLIZZ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Sushi Tower mobile game (“Sushi Tower” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the App.

  1. Information we collect and use Sushi Tower does not require you to create an account or sign in. Based on the current implementation reviewed, the App does not use Firebase for authentication or analytics, and it does not operate its own account-based cloud service.

Gameplay data stored on your device The App stores gameplay information, such as game progress, in-game currency, upgrades, and related settings, locally on your device so that your progress can be retained between sessions.

Android automatic app backup is disabled in the current Android configuration. This does not mean that every form of data storage or processing by third-party services is disabled.

Advertising and third-party services Sushi Tower uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain their services.

Depending on the applicable SDK behavior, your device settings, your location, and your consent choices, this information may include:

IP address and information used to estimate general location.

Advertising or other device identifiers.

Interactions with the App and advertisements, such as ad views, taps, and video views.

Diagnostics and performance information.

Consent and privacy choices The App integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy messages where required. The messages and choices available to you may vary by region and applicable requirements.

Where the App provides a privacy-options control, you can use it to revisit available privacy choices. You can also review advertising privacy controls in your Android device settings.

The availability of a consent message or a particular choice depends on the applicable configuration and requirements. A consent interface does not mean that no information is processed by advertising services.

  1. How information is used Information handled by the App or its advertising provider may be used to:

Save and restore gameplay progress on your device.

Display and measure advertisements.

Provide rewarded advertising features when available.

Detect invalid advertising activity, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.

Support advertising consent and privacy-choice requirements.

We do not use the App to require an account or collect account registration details.

  1. Sharing of information We do not operate an account-based server for Sushi Tower in the current implementation reviewed. However, information may be transmitted to Google or other relevant advertising-service providers as part of displaying and measuring ads, managing consent, and protecting against fraud.

  1. Data retention and deletion Gameplay data is stored locally by the App. Uninstalling the App will generally remove its locally stored application data, subject to Android behavior and any data you separately retain or export.

Disabling Android automatic backup prevents the App's data from being included in standard Android automatic backup, but it does not delete information already processed or retained by third-party providers.

Advertising-related information may be retained by Google or its partners according to their policies, settings, and legal obligations. For questions about information handled by Google, please consult Google's privacy resources.

  1. Children's privacy Sushi Tower is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not designed to target children under 13.

The App's audience settings and advertising configuration should be kept consistent with this statement and with applicable laws and Google Play requirements.

  1. Security We take reasonable steps within the App's design to protect locally stored gameplay data. Network transmissions and information processed by third-party services are subject to the safeguards and practices of those services.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  1. Third-party services and links The App uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's UMP consent technology. Those services are subject to Google's policies and terms, which may change over time.

The App or this policy may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, so please review their policies before providing information to them.

  1. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, service providers, or legal requirements change.
